About the event
These Forest School style sessions are for our "SEEDLINGS"... newborn babies to wobbly walkers.
A weekly 1.5 hour session where babies and carers have the opportunity to connect with nature, each other, and themselves.
Each session includes mirrors and sensorial play items for the babies, refreshments and a nature craft for the grown-ups, and swings/hammocks for you both. We aim to provide quality time for you and your baby - be it for taking a break, finding/giving support, making friends, and/or aiding child development.
We begin each week by meeting at our entrance sign and gently strolling up the path through our site while singing a welcome song. At the end, we offer the opportunity to come together to share a moment of mindfulness with our talking stick, before saying goodbye; however, these are not compulsory and the sessions themselves are free-flow and participant-led so you can choose to dip in and out of…
