About the event
A children's yoga session with the benefits of nature, set within our Forest School Site.
This session will start with an introduction and welcome, followed by 25 minutes of gentle and fun children's yoga as Kathleen Feather guides your wildlings through various nature inspired poses through a story-style format. We will then have 10 minutes to enjoy refreshments around the log circle and/or to rest in hammocks.
All of our sessions are run by fully trained staff, and for this age group / session type we do not require adults to stay on site, though you are welcome to stay within our log circle for the duration should you prefer.
We will provide a child-sized yoga mat and refreshments; please ensure your child has weather suitable clothing, and a jumper / thin blanket for resting.

CHILD holiday session
Please purchase one ticket per attending child (5-10yrs). Parents are welcome to drop off, or wait in a designated part of the site (feel free to bring a camping chair and/or picnic blanket).
